Civil and Commercial Litigation

The Firm's Civil and Commercial Litigation Group represents clients in commercial matters on the federal, state and local level. The Firm has successfully litigated routine and complex matters involving contract disputes, commercial lease disputes, fraud, professional malpractice, estate claims, partnership and other business disputes, and all types of claims concerning land use, zoning, and real property issues.

The Firm also represents attorneys who are accused of legal malpractice and clients with employment discrimination matters. The Firm has served as counsel for corporations, municipalities, restaurants, commercial building owners, schools, and several police departments.

The Firm has a practical understanding of the litigation process and uses that insight to help our clients evaluate their options, consider creative solutions and achieve their goals through proactive and zealous representation at all stages of the litigation process. The Firm's extensive experience permits us to provide our clients with a true risk/reward analysis so that no unnecessary fees are incurred during any stage of the litigation process. The Firm's lawyers are experienced in arbitration, mediation, and other types of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and can help clients evaluate the full range of available options for resolving disputes.
